It is located on the traffic-free “pedestrian only shopping street” in Nice called “La Zone Pietonne”. The old town, restaurants, grocery stores, the central tram stops at Jean Medecin and Place Massena, the train station and bus connections for sightseeing on the French and Italian Rivieras, are all just minutes walk away. It is in the heart of the city called “Carre d’Or”. Guests will find high quality shops, wine bars, excellent restaurants, and the beach a short 250m walk. We can really recommend morning swims to have a great start of the day. The old town and Cours Salaya flower market is just a short stroll. Sightseeing, music, cafes, cinemas, museums, galleries, the convention centre, the famed Nice opera house, national theatre, casinos, and the main shopping district are all in the immediate vicinity. The new tramway and bus lines are a few min. walk from the apartment, as are convenient parking garages. Fully equipped kitchen combined with the living /dining room area. The balcony is perfect for breakfast in the sun and “people watching” drinks in the evening. The bedroom has a 160x190cm wide Queen size bed and separate balcony doors. Shutters and double glazed windows keep the apartment quieter from the street below.
